This is a popular dish among Muslims in Nagore. It goes well with Chicken or Mutton gravy

Biryani rice – 1 kg, Garlic -100 gm, Green chilly 100gm, Refined oil – 100 ml, Ghee – 100 ml, Lime (large) – 2, Cinnamon, Cloves, Turmeric powder, Salt, Coconut – 1

Pour oil in a cooker and heat it.
Add cinnamon and cloves and fry them.
Grind garlic and green chillies separately.
Drop the garlic paste and then the green chilly paste in the cooker and stir well.
Extract coconut milk and add water to get 10 glasses.
Pour this mixture into the cooker.
Add salt to taste and turmeric powder (optional) to the mixture.
When the mixture starts boiling, add rice.
Once the rice is cooked, add ghee and finally squeeze the lime juice on the rice.
